Pro Print Go offers shipping within the United States as well as local pickup in Long Beach, California.

Processing & Production Times
All custom products are made to order. Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Estimated delivery dates begin after your order has completed production and been handed to the carrier.

DTF Gang Sheets
Standard shipping for DTF Gang Sheet orders is $8.99.

Custom Apparel
Shipping rates for custom apparel are calculated at checkout based on the order and shipping destination.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Long Beach, CA. Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received your ready-for-pickup notification.

Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by delays outside of our control.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pro Print Go is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or other customer-related delivery issue may require an additional shipping charge before the order can be reshipped.
